Diane creates beautiful bespoke wedding and celebration cakes ranging in style from traditional to contemporary or something completely different. Based in the central west of NSW most of her wedding cakes go to towns such as Bathurst, Oberon, Orange and Lithgow and the surrounding areas. Her cakes have also traveled to Sydney and as far as the north coast.

Diane’s’ delicious wedding cakes are made from the best available ingredients and range from a traditional fruit cake to the various types of mud cake to a delicious buttery Madera cake.

Enjoying the challenge of creating a wedding cake unique to the requirements of each client, Diane takes into account their tastes, style, interests, themes and the different aspects of their special day to create a cake that compliments and enhances their celebration.
